Always a lovely time to eat. Staff are nice, and that Crispy tofu is to die for. The bubble waffle could really do with thigh fillets instead of bone in chicken, but still amazing.
I have a delicious dining time in Chi @ Basingstoke. I ordered a hot dish KATSU CURRY CHICKEN with rice, the curry taste is very good, not spicy, just mild. The chicken is very crispy. And also the shop manager Myra is very nice and helpful . I will come again next time

I went in with my friend on my birthday as I was shopping around to treat myself. My friend told me she heard good reviews from Chi restaurant and she and I never been before so we decided to try. Myra was very attentive, enthusiastic and nice since we came in, she even treated me with a little birthday dessert. Food was absolutely delicious with great service. We will come back. Thank you
Strongly recommend eating @ Chi Street Food, Basingstoke. I had the BIBIMBAP Beef Short Rib with Korean BBQ Sauce dish which was amazing, it was so good we've been back several times, apart from when they sold out of both Beef Short Rib and Braised Pork which clearly shows how good and popular their food is. Following on from my previous review, we decided to eat from Chi again last night and wow what an experience. The general manager 'Myra' is fantastic and went above and beyond for us along with providing complimentary Chicken gyozas that tasted amazing a personal note! UPDATE: Decided to eat in Chi before attending an event @ the Basingstoke Anvil and again the food was fantastic... the staff are very friendly and the service was great! (shame Myra wasn't in that day) X
I had such a wonderful experience dining at Chi! Chef Emil cooked my burger just perfectly—absolutely delicious! And Myra, with her always cheerful attitude, provided top-notch service that made the visit even better. What a fantastic team!
I come to this restaurant multiple times a week, great spot for lunch with some very good deals (especially the chicken bahn mi on Tuesday and the chicken Thai coconut curry on Thursdays for roughly half price). The food is very nice, the workers are very nice. Myra and the other waitress are always very friendly and Chef Bir cooks the best food and I never have to wait long, they also have some good music playing quietly in the background sometimes
From the time we stood outside their doors, the customer service was amazing! The ladies were so accommodating and their smiles really lifted up the place. The food was amazing! The chicken wings & the bao buns (Korean BBQ esp) was mouthwatering. Don’t underestimate its size- it was filling and I was already full after the first one I thought I’d order desert but I don’t have space for it now. Thank you Chi at Basingstoke
